* During the first 4 months of FY2004-05, OCD implemented a new management system called CCMIS. With CCMIS, we calculate the number of low-income and former TANF children served on a given day. The previous system, CAMIS, gave duplicated numbers by calculating the number of low-income and former TANF enrollments on a given day. This, along with the greater demand for subsidy in high cost areas of the state, attribute to the decrease in the monthly average of children served.
