You can apply for and renew your benefits from the comfort of your home using COMPASS, the online resource for long-term living services, Food Stamps, health care coverage, home heating assistance (LIHEAP) and other services. The Attendant Care and Aging Waivers are scheduled for renewal with the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The Office of Long Term Living scheduled a series of "Listening Sessions" in early 2008 to provide a forum for public input and comments on changes to the waivers.
