- TANF-related Medical Assistance recipients.
- TANF cash eligible individuals who choose Medical Assistance coverage only.
- A child born to a Medical Assistance-eligible mother is eligible for Medical Assistance coverage for one year after birth if the child lives continuously with the mother.

Healthy Beginnings- Pregnant women and infants.
