    Q: How do I register for Bureau of Autism Services, BAS, trainings?

    A: Visit to register online for Bureau of Autism Services' trainings. You will need to create a Log-In ID and password prior to accessing the registration form. You should record your Log-In ID and password so that you will be able to register for future trainings and receive your attendance certificates and continuing education units, if applicable.

    Q: Are there registration fees for your trainings?

    A: For some trainings or conferences, there will be a registration fee. Sessions with a fee will note that in the session description.

    Q: Do I need to provide an email address when I register?

    A: Yes. Registration confirmation, wait list status, evaluations, certificates of attendance and additional information about the trainings will be sent via email through the online registration system. Email addresses will be stored but, will not be used for purposes unrelated to Bureau of Autism Services trainings. If you do not have an email address, you may provide one for someone who is able to receive the information on your behalf.

    Q: Can I register someone else or multiple people from our agency?

    A: No. Registering multiple people in the online registration system is not recommended. It is important individual staff create unique Log-In ID and password accounts to access attendance records, certificates, continuing education, and required evaluations.

    Q: I have had a change in my contact information, how do I change or update my information?

    A: Go to the Coursewhere homepage: the gray bar you will find a link to click to logon to view your transcript, change your password, change your personal information, and/or deregister from events. Once you are logged on you will be directed to a page with links to do each of the above mentioned tasks.

    Q: I have completed a training with the Bureau of Autism Services and need a copy of my certificate of attendance, how do I obtain this?

    A: If you registered for the training though Coursewhere, please follow the directions as outlined above. Follow the link to view your transcript.

    • If you have not completed the evaluation process for the training in question, you will need to complete that in order to obtain your transcript.
    • If you have already completed the evaluation, your transcript will be ready to view/print by clicking on the "view transcript" link under the gray bar, then either enter the date of the training or click on the gray bar that says "view transcript". On the next screen there will be a gray bar that says, "Event name, session, etc…", under that bar there will be a list of the trainings that you have completed. At the end of each training that is listed, there is a small square icon (looks like a piece of notebook paper). Click on this icon to view/print your official transcript. The official transcript will indicate the title and date(s) of your training, instructors, location, types of credits received, hours awarded, your license number (if applicable). You will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat to view the transcript. There is a link on this page in the Courseware system to download this free software.     Q: I need to contact someone at the Bureau of Autism Services in regards to a training question, is there an email address?

    A: Yes. You can email us at Please try to be specific about your inquiry in your subject line. For example, if you have a question regarding a specific training on a specific date, please use a subject like: "FBA training on 10/16/08". We try to answer emails as quickly as we possibly can. Please consider including a phone number where we may contact you as well.

    Q: I need to contact someone at the Bureau of Autism Services in regards to a training question, is there phone number?

    A: Yes. You can call our Bureau of Autism Services toll free line at 1-866-539-7689 and leave a message in the "Training Mailbox". However, please keep in mind that this phone line is for consumer/provider inquiries for all of the Bureau of Autism Services’ programs and you may not receive an immediate return call. It is much quicker to utilize our email address as indicated in the previous Question and Answer.
