The Bureau of Policy and Program Support directs the quality management program for Pennsylvania’s Intellectual Disability service system, develops and publishes policies and regulations, develops applications for federal funding and evaluates the effectiveness of the Intellectual Disability programs in meeting goals and providing quality services.
