Under 55 Pa.Code § 1187.21a (relating to nursing facility bed requests-statement of policy), the Department of Public Welfare (Department) is required to publish a public notice listing requests received from nursing facility providers for an increase in the number of the providers’ licensed and MA-certified beds. The public notice gives the opportunity for interested persons to submit comments regarding the notice to the Department.
2011 Group One
NOTICE: 2011 Group One Bed Requests received covering the submission period of January 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011.
2011 Group Two
NOTICE: 2011 Group Two Bed Requests received covering the submission period of July 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.
