    Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program - Mental Health

    Provides service to individuals with schizophrenia who do not respond to first-line drug therapies and who are not eligible for pharmaceutical coverage under the MA Program.

    Use this application to apply for specific Atypical Antipsychotic Medications needed for schizophrenia.

    Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program - HIV/AIDS

    The Department of Health provides pharmaceutical assistance and specific lab services to low to moderate income individuals living with a diagnosis of HIV/AIDS who are not eligible for pharmacy services under the Department of Public Welfare's Medical Assistance (MA) Program.     Please note: The SPBP application is in the process of being updated and does not reflect current income limits of up to 337% of FPL. Your application will be reviewed based on the income limits in effect at the time of application.
