    • Completion of youth & family assessments
    • Development of Family Support Plans & Individualized Service Plans

    Community-Based Services:

    • Weekly face-to-face visits and phone contacts with the youth
    • Monthly contact with the youth's parent/guardian and probation officer
    • Facilitated community planning team meetings
    • Bi-monthly service plan updates
    • Discharge assessment & service plan

    Support Services:

    • Youth Incentive Program
    • Mentor Program
    • Family Support Program
    • SRP Web site

The program incorporates the principles of Balanced and Restorative Justice by helping to prepare youth for increased responsibility and freedom in the community; facilitating pro-social youth interaction in the community by preventing recidivism and working to bring together the youth, family and community support systems.

The SRP Program is available to counties that request it through their annual Needs Based Plan and Budget Process (NBPB). Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis according to the projections made in the NBPB. SRP services are currently provided by VisionQuest through a contract with the DPW's Office of Children, Youth and Families and the Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services.
