Draft Request for Proposal - Adult Protective Services
The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) is preparing to publish a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure agencies to provide protective services to adults with disabilities between the ages of 18 – 59. Since this is a new and vital service, DPW wants to ensure the RFP reflects a structure that ensures a quality protective services program and maximizes free and open competition for this procurement. As such, this document is a DRAFT RFP and for public comment only. This document is NOT a solicitation for bids. The document contains all information necessary for individuals to submit comments.

DPW Vendor Email Account Now Available
The Department of Public Welfare's Bureau of Financial Operations is pleased to announce that they have created an email account dedicated to the department vendors, both current and potential.
