Medical Assistance Provider Incentive Repository (MAPIR) Resources

Medical Assistance Provider Incentive Repository Resources also referred to as MAPIR is a system application that is being added to PROMISe.  The application is the state-level information system for the electronic health record incentive program.  MAPIR will track and act as a repository for information related to payment, applications, attestations, oversight functions, and interface with CMS’ National Level Repository.

You will not be able to get into the MAPIR system until you have registered at the CMS Registration and Attestation System (also known as National Level Repository).  You may begin this process on June 6, 2011. Click here to go to the CMS Registration and Attestation System.  Once registered with CMS, you will then be notified when you are able to get into MAPIR through the PROMISe System. NOTE: It is important that the NPI and Payee TIN numbers you enter in the CMS registration system match the information currently in the PROMISe System.
