In April 2006, the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) received notice from the Centers of Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) regarding a federal requirement that the state hold a Medical Assistance Provider Agreement with each waiver provider. Upon identification of this issue, the OCDEL began working with CMS to develop a Medical Assistance Provider Agreement that would satisfy federal waiver requirements at 42 CFR 431.107.
This work resulted in the development of a MA Provider and corresponding cover letter which can be accessed at the following links:

Anyone interested in becoming an Infants, Toddlers, and Families Waiver provider should contact the Office of Child Development and Early Learning or the County Early Intervention Program to discuss next steps in the process of enrolling.
