Use this tool to display payments that were made to Medical Assistance providers for calendar year 2012 or to similarly display past years back to calendar year 2010. Reimbursement amounts returned by Provider Name should match the amount reported to payees on their 1099-MISC, Miscellaneous Income, for the payment year (or years) searched upon.
